Precautions:
Special attention: before installation, the pipe must be cleaned and purged clean to avoid impurities blocking the valve port and damaging the sealing surface. If there are small impurities and dust in the valve, a filter must be installed before the valve (filter screen ≥80 mesh cm2).
When installing, pay attention to the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline fluid, and the coil should be installed vertically and horizontally.
Before installation, check whether the pressure, temperature and voltage are consistent with the actual parameters of the nameplate of the solenoid valve.
Pay attention to the cleaning of the medium. The internal parts of the valve body should be cleaned regularly in use.
When installing, clamp the valve body with a wrench, and then screw the pipe, do not act on the coil force, so as not to make the solenoid valve internal bending deformation and loosening of the connection resulting in leakage.
Solenoid valve must be installed into the fluid several times, to ensure normal action, can be put into normal use.

The inlet pressure of the solenoid valve must be greater than the outlet pressure, otherwise the solenoid valve will appear normally open state.
