This UV exposure unit can be used to cure UV products such as UV glue, UV printing ink, UV screen printing ink, UV pad printing ink, UV waterborne inject ink, UV metal printing ink, UV glass ink, UV PVC ink, UV circuit printing ink, UV photosensitive ink. It is widely used in the printing industry.
This is UV exposure unit with a dual function.It can be used to cure UV product and plate making in screen printing.You can chhange funtion with the switch. You can cure UV product as long as you need. You can also burn the screen with a count dowm timer.
Equipped with 5 ultraviolet lamps with 365nm wavelength, which can guarantee a perfec curing effect. It is also enerrgy-saving. The curing area is 13x18.5 inches.Voltage:110v; Power: 75W.
This vertical exposure unit adopts 4 wheel that can be moved easily. Equipped with a set of tools for easy installation. It also comes with one extra lamp and ballast as spare part that make it easy to maintain and replace.The height of the exposure unit can be adjusted according to your need.The min height is 26.7 inches. The max height is 39 inches.
The timer is easily to set.Digital timer ensures precise exposure time. Time setting range is 1 second-99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds. It can memorize your last exposing time setting and repeat time setting.Power calls off by itself when the count-down time is over.Different brand emulsion will need variety exposing time, operator need to test with this machine and set to the best exposing time.

UV  glue (also called no shadow glue) is widely used in adhesive, sealing,  surface coating and etc., these UV adhesive or light-sensitive coating  solution need a UV light to illuminate and solidify it.
Our  company make a design to combine an exposure and vertical ultraviolet  dyer, operator can put this machine by a screen printer, it is movable  and small volume than table type.
Features
This machine adopt wave length 365nm UV tube, it has  a strong penetrating power and suitable for more than 80% of UV curing  products.
This machine can also be used as an exposure unit  to cure the printing ink and make a plate. Attach with a 20" x 20‘  rubber pad and a sucker (not include glass).
The first switch is on, light will keep working, used for UV solidify;
Turn the
second switch on, will use the countdown meter and can be used for image  exposing.

Operation Method
1. Place the rubber pad on the  table.
2. Put on the screen frame which  has Coated, let the screen side close to the rubber pad tightly .
3. Put the film on the screen and  better to fix with tape, then use a glass sucker to lift the glass and  place it on the film.
4.  Move this machine to the above  of the screen frame, distance between the exposure and screen should be  about 1.5 inch (or adjust according to your experience ), then switch on  the machine and start to work.
5. After the countdown, light will  automatically turn off, remove the machine and take out the glass and  film, plate burning is completed.
