What you need:
Small Flat Head Screwdriver (a (plastic spudger or butterknife works best and is recommended)

This kit comes with everything you need to upgrade your HTC Vive lenses to the improved optics of the GearVR lenses.
The lenses have already been carefully fitted into the adapters, all you have to do is use a flathead screwdriver or butterknife at the flat part of the adapter to pop the HTC Vive lenses out and click the new ones in.
This upgrade not only increases clarity and sharpness -
THE ENTIRE LENS BECOMES THE SWEETSPOT
-  move your eyes around the headset without the image ever becoming blurry.
Godrays are 100% removed.

- It's like having a brand new VR headset but with the most enjoyable experience available.
As some Gear VR lenses can differ in amount of distortion and optics, each individual lens has been tested extensively to make sure they provide a clear, crisp, seamless experience.
The adapters have been printed using the best FDM printer in the world. The Ultra Glass hot bed produces a consistent, perfectly flat surface every time, (notice the bottom of the adapters in the pics)  this guarantees a solid level fit,
which is critical for optics.

ATTENTION: BEFORE CONTACTING ME WITH ANY DISCREPANCY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
These are important tips not mentioned in the video. Please take note of the following:
1. Always use a BLACK "ultra" microfiber cloth for cleaning the lenses - because the black cloth will **reveal even the smallest abrasive particle, granule, etc.
**you will avoid scratching the lenses  - use nothing else and always shake it out before and after every use.
2. Before inserting the new lenses, carefully inspect the inner left and right inner chamber for any particles, debris etc. on the surface of the display screens.
If you notice any FOD (specks, dots, etc) on the screens, use non-freon based canned air, or an air compressor within a coalescing filter inline (to catch moisture from the tank). , etc. If you still notice specks
of dust and/or fine particles while looking through the lenses, remove the lenses again and repeat the process mentioned above until all dust, particles, etc. are no longer visible
(I had to do this 3 times on my first mod 5 times on my 2nd mod because of the dust in the air - This issue is extremely common and will occur most every time)
Hint for success: run a steamy shower and swap your lenses right outside the door - The steam will remove 99% of the dust in the air .
3. Make sure to NOT remove the black gum adhesive trim on the edge of the lens sockets after removing the original lenses.
Sometimes it may get pealed off a bit - that's ok as long as the majority of it is still intact.  This is what holds the lenses on!
4. Invest in a bottle of high quality lens cleaning mist spray (Koala is a great brand) for routine cleaning. Treat your lenses with proper care and they will love you back
