Please see ALL of the photos, this is the exact front wheel cover you will receive.  The cover measures 19 5/8" x 7 5/8" at its widest.
This is an OEM, Original Part for Vespa.
There are some surface marks/scratches/rust underneath,  but the fender is solid.  The metal is in great shape, free from cracks, chips, dents, etc.
The paint is excellent, given the age, we are not sure if the paint is original or if it was repainted in the past.  Please ZOOM in on the photos to see for yourself.
