Vintage CORY & JOSLIN INC., SAN FRANCISCO, circa 1940 Pressure/Steam Gauge
ABOUT THE FIRM: Private engineering firm based in S.F. that held specialized governmental contracts including the Navy ship and submarine yards at both Mares Island and Pearl Harbor in WWII.
The firm also contracted later for several power plants throughout the West Coast and into Fairbanks Alaska.
Acquired from a San Francisco/Oregon estate of a late Naval Officer.
Condition is good, intact original with no repairs or signs of damage., wear to brass as shown.
